Oct 14: Opening Reception for New Exhibits at the FCA

Mark your calendars for upcoming exhibitions at Floyd Center for the Arts. Opening on October 14, the Hayloft Gallery will host the anticipated 17th Annual New River Art Biennial - a juried exhibit featuring the works from local and regional artists within a 150 mile radius of FCA. The Center challenged artists to submit their 2-D or 3-D works, created within the past 2 years. The Biennial is being juried this year by local artist and Executive Director of the Chestnut Creek School of the Arts, Chris Pollins. Simultaneously, our Falcon Gallery will host a captivating solo exhibit by emerging artist Layla Dobos, titled "Chaos and Catharsis." Join us from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm for the Opening Reception.
