2025 Floyd Artisan Trail
Saturday & Sunday, June 7 & 8
10am-5pm
Welcome to the Floyd Artisan Trail
Venture deep into the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, where local artisans and agrarian cultures share their creative passions and open their studio doors and pasture gates for an authentic Floyd experience!
Visit local artisan studios, galleries, shops, and farms to learn more about skills handed down through generations, and experience the contemporary art, craft, agriculture, and music that has evolved in this unique region.
Meet potters, woodworkers, jewelers, glass artists, fine artists, photographers, beekeepers, farmers, and others who look forward to sharing the story of their craft, art or tradition.
The deep traditions found in Floyd have provided the foundation for a vital and growing creative community. Over the years, Floyd has emerged as one of Virginia’s most diverse artistic communities, extending its participation beyond county lines. These efforts have not only grown our own creative economy but has solidified Floyd as a permanent keystone in Virginia's art scene. This Artisan Trail was originally inspired by ‘Round the Mountain and their Artisan Trails of Virginia project.

This vibrant celebration of Floyd’s creative community is made possible thanks to the generous support of our sponsors—Buffalo Mountain Ziplines, Hotel Floyd, Thomas & Wall Real Estate, and Citizens—who help us continue the tradition of connecting people to the artists, farmers, and makers who define the spirit of the Blue Ridge.
