About the Exhibition

Schedule – Saturday & Sunday, March 14 & March 15 2020, 9 am - 5 pm Each Day
Member Tuition - $120, Non-Member Tuition - $150
Materials Fee – $10 base fee plus additional fee for the exact materials used (copper and sterling silver). Typically students make use of about $25‐50 of copper and silver sheet and wire.
Class Description – Students with some metalsmithing experience will advance their skills while making bezel settings for stones to incorporate into a ring project. This is a great addition to your metalsmithing knowledge and will allow you to elevate your jewelry creations. Focus will be on precision and advanced soldering and surface embellishment techniques.
About the Instructor – Nell Fredericksen has been a professional artist and fine art jeweler for over 28 years. She is an Artisan Center of VA Juried Master Artisan. She has a fascination and wonder in connection with nature and her work is very organic and reflects the natural world.
