Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Floyd Center for the Arts will conduct classes that have an adequate number of registered students. Class status is determined two weeks prior to the first class date.

 

Classes Cancelled by the Center: Acceptance of payment does not guarantee that a class will run. If the Center cancels a scheduled class, registered students will have the option to transfer their payment to another course or receive a full refund of all deposits and payments.

Student Withdrawals Policy

Students who withdraw from a class more than two weeks before the start date are eligible for a full refund or may transfer their payment to another class of their choice.

 

Students who withdraw within two weeks prior to the start date may transfer their tuition to another class.

  • If the transferred class has a higher tuition cost, the student will be responsible for paying the difference at the time of transfer.

  • If the transferred class has a lower tuition cost, the student will receive a credit for the difference, which may be applied toward a future class.
