Class Description
Come join us and learn needle felting wool into art! Our time together will give you enough time to complete your piece. I have kits you can choose from or (the most popular) is to bring a photo of your own idea. If you're a beginner to needle felting, please contact me with the photo first for approval, I don't want you to overwhelm yourself with something too complicated! Sample photo shows a possible kit. Kits will consist of 2-D scenes. Instructor email will be provided at time of registration.

About the Instructor
I moved from Roanoke to Pulaski VA in 2016. I started volunteering at a sheep farm down the road from me, and found it very interesting. Eventually I was helping with the orphans and fell in love with several. Who are now spoiled pets? But since then I was not allowed to raise the orphans anymore ;) I have 4 sheep now who bring me joy- and wool. I wash and drum card and sometimes dye their wool to use in needle felting art. It is my pleasure to teach the joy of needle felting wool into art, and it helps support the care for these beautiful animals.
Class Registration and Cancellation Policy
Advance Registration Required.
Registration: Class registrations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation/Refund: The Floyd Center for the Arts will conduct classes for which an adequate number of students are registered. Class status is determined 1 week before the first date of the class, unless otherwise noted. Acceptance of payment does not guarantee that a class will run. If the Center must cancel a scheduled class, students who registered for such classes will be given the opportunity to transfer their payments to another course or receive a full refund of their tuition payment.
Student Withdrawals: Students withdrawing from a class before the cancellation period has ended, (one week prior to the start of class, unless otherwise noted) can receive a full refund or may transfer their payments to another class of their choice. Students who withdraw after the cancellation period has closed or after class has started, will not receive a refund.
